We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA Fresher) to join our Finance & Accounts team. Candidates with strong Articleship experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, audit and statutory compliance are preferred.
The role will provide an chance to work on financial reporting, accounting, taxation, compliance, MIS and financial analysis activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements and books of accounts.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing.
- Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliance.
- Support statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Prepare CMA reports and projected financial statements.
- Assist with MCA and other statutory compliances.
- Support budgeting,
forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Assist in management reporting and preparation of financial schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards / Ind AS.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain proper financial documentation.
Preferred Candidate
- CA Fresher with Articleship experience.
- Articleship experience in a CA Firm / Mid-size CA Firm / Corporate Finance.
- Exposure to financial statement finalization, taxation, audit and compliance will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Tally / SAP / Oracle / ERP is preferred
