Roles & Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
- Develop design concepts and produce detailed engineering drawings.
- Ensure designs meet manufacturability, durability, cost, and performance criteria.
- Lead and participate in design reviews to resolve technical challenges.
- Apply knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance stack-up, and industrial standards (ANSI, JIS, DIN, etc.).
- Contribute to tooling, fixture, and jig design (preferred).
- Support manufacturing, production, and assembly processes (preferred).
- Provide hands-on support in prototyping and testing when required.

Skills Required:

- Strong foundation in engineering mechanics, strength of materials, and machine design.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D modelling software
- In-depth knowledge of sheet metal, machine, or material handling equipment design.
- Familiarity with GD&T; and tolerance analysis techniques.
- Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
