We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Lead Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React, .NET, and SQL, along with proven experience in leading and managing a development team.

The candidate will be responsible for technical ownership, solution design, code quality, team mentoring, and delivering scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.
- Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Work extensively with SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
- Participate in architecture and technical discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct technical discussions, task allocation, code reviews, and performance feedback for team members.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance,



and scalability requirements.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Technical Skills

- 6.5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js.
- Strong experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application scalability.
- Good understanding of Git/version control.

Leadership & Team Handling - Mandatory

- Proven experience in handling and leading a development team is a MUST.
- Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Robust mentoring and technical leadership skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Ability to resolve team-level technical challenges and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Experience in enterprise application development.
- Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
