Job Summary

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and turnkey deployment of physical IT infrastructure projects, including Data Centers, enterprise WiFi networks, CCTV surveillance, and Access Control systems.

Responsibilities

- Manage turnkey deployment of Data Center infrastructure, including server racks, containment, structured cabling, UPS power, and environmental controls
- Lead enterprise WiFi network installations, including RF site surveys, Access Point positioning, controller configuration, and coverage testing
- Oversee end-to-end CCTV surveillance deployments, IP camera placement, NVR/storage setup, and video management system integration
- Supervise installation and commissioning of physical Access Control systems, biometric readers, boom barriers, and attendance integration
- Conduct pre-installation site surveys, formulate Bills of Materials (BoM), project schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Manage in office technician teams, electrical/cabling contractors, OEM vendors, and client stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with site safety standards, quality inspections, vendor SLA compliance,



and formal client sign-off

Requirements

- 4-6 years of hands-on project management experience in IT infrastructure, ELV, or structured networking deployments
- Proven track record in deploying Data Centers, enterprise WiFi (Aruba/Cisco/Ubiquiti/Ruckus), IP CCTV, and Access Control systems
- Strong technical grasp of structured cabling standards (Cat6/Fiber), rack management, switching, and power distribution
- Experience managing site engineers, cabling contractors, vendor SLAs, and project budgets
- Excellent client-facing communication, vendor negotiation, and on-site troubleshooting skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant infrastructure OEM certifications preferred; Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related engineering discipline
