To oversee / manage treasury operations, cash flow management, banking relationships, liquidity planning and fund reconciliations for the Company. The role involves ensuring productive utilization of funds, timely settlement of exchange obligations and smooth coordination with banks, exchanges, operations, risk, and compliance teams.

Job responsibilities

- Daily cash flow monitoring by reviewing clients collection, payouts, exchange payin / payout obligation and investing surplus funds.

- Ensuring timely fund allocation for exchange pay-in obligations, margin requirements, client payouts, and operational requirements.

- Coordinating creation, renewal, lien marking, and redemption of Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bank Guarantees (BGs) maintained with banks and exchanges.

- Monitoring utilization of banking limits and ensuring cost-effective management of working capital.

- Coordinating exchange pay-in and pay-out activities and ensuring timely settlement of obligations with exchanges and clearing corporations.

- Ensuring timely updation and reconciliation of client funds in back-office systems.

- Supervising client fund payout process and ensuring timely execution within regulatory timelines.





- Managing relationships with banks and coordinating with banks for operational and treasury-related activities.

- Monitoring reconciliation of all bank accounts on daily basis and ensuring all bank accounts remain operational.

- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance treasury efficiency, automation, and internal controls.

- Maintaining proper documentation, audit trails, and approvals for treasury transactions and banking activities.

- Monitoring, supervising, and reviewing Banking and treasury related activities performed by the team

Qualifications : Chartered Accountant / CFA / MBA in Finance from Tier 1 institutes

Experience

>=3 Years in a broking / financial services company / Bank treasury

Functional Competencies

Experience in banking relationship management, understanding of treasury management of broking / financial services company, liquidity management and settlement operations

Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills; demonstrated leadership skills in managing and building a team.

Excellent Communication (both oral & written) and interpersonal skills.
