Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with creators and brands for collaborations, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Assist in handling brand communication, requirements, follow-ups, and campaign coordination.
- Source, evaluate, and communicate with creators across Instagram and other social platforms.
- Handle creator and brand outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and coordination.
- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns and barter collaborations.
- Support social media management for clients and the agency, including content planning, posting, and engagement.
- Assist with developing social media strategies and marketing ideas based on brand objectives and current trends.
- Contribute to content ideation, reels, posts, campaigns, and other social media content.
- Coordinate with creators, clients, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
- Maintain creator, client, campaign, and outreach trackers.
- Assist with content review and ensure deliverables are aligned with brand briefs.
- Research social media trends, creators, competitors, and marketing opportunities.
- Support other marketing, social media,



and client-related activities across the agency as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust communication and negotiation skills with the confidence to interact with creators and brands professionally.
- Good understanding of Instagram, social media platforms, content trends, and digital marketing.
- Interest in influencer marketing, social media management, content creation, strategy, and brand marketing.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute content ideas and social media strategies.
- Comfortable handling conversations with both brands and creators.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple conversations, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel and basic digital tools.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience is not mandatory. We are open to freshers and will train you on our processes.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
