Job Summary

The CSA Sales Executive will be responsible for converting incoming leads into paid car wash orders and service packages. This is a target-driven sales role involving telecalling, follow-ups, upselling, and closing daily and monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and convert incoming leads into confirmed doorstep car wash orders.
- Pitch PEXA services, packages, and subscription plans to customers.
- Follow up on pending leads and inactive customers.
- Upsell add-on services and monthly packages.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain lead and conversion data in CRM / Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with operations team only for order confirmation (not execution).
- Collect customer feedback post-sale to improve conversion quality.
