- Experiemce with other network hardware
- Can do discovery
- Troubleshoot - Deploy and Configure
- Figure out how can we get into firewall - if no creds with new clients
- Can reverse engineer the firewall setup if they have to factory reset the new client onboarded without creds
- Communication outstanding and client facing
- Along with Network other technologies- day to way support with clients - tickets and emails.
- Servers and cloud servers be a plus
