Role: Mainframe Developer -AMS Location: Remote Experience : 3 - 15 Years Notice period : Immediate to 45 Days Primary Skills : Netron ,Cobol ,CICS ,DB2 ,IMS DB/DC ,AMS Operational Efficiency Please share your resumes to Role Summary : We are looking for an experienced Mainframe AMS Technical Lead with strong expertise in COBOL, Netron, CICS, DB2, IMS DB/DC and JCL. Key Responsibilities - Lead L2/L3 Mainframe AMS and production support. - Maintain and analyze Netron-generated COBOL and extract business logic. - Troubleshoot and tune CICS-DB2 online transactions, including CPU and thread performance. - Support IMS DB/DC applications and modernization initiatives. - Drive reduction of DB2/IMS batch abends through RCA, automation and proactive monitoring. - Support API enablement and Mainframe modernization/Cloud migration initiatives. - Mentor recent engineers and drive knowledge transition across legacy technologies. - Manage critical incidents, problem management and technical escalations.
