Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of insurance products.
- Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for leads and converting them into paying customers.
- Develop and maintain a robust understanding of various insurance policies, including health, accidental, travel, motor, home, marine, fire, group credit life etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
