Human Resource Intern (5 Days Working) -Lower Parel
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team across various functions, with hands-on exposure to Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
- Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial candidate interactions, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and assisting with offer roll-outs.
- Work extensively on MS Excel for maintaining trackers, preparing reports, analysing HR data, and streamlining routine processes. Exposure to Advanced Excel will be an advantage.
- Assist with employee-related coordination and communication, ensuring employees are informed and engaged in various HR initiatives.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, celebrations, internal events, and other people-focused initiatives.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, including documentation, data management, correspondence, and other day-to-day activities.
- Take ownership of assigned HR projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve HR processes, trackers, communication, and overall employee experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Fresh graduate or currently pursuing B.B.A./B.M.S.
from a recognized university with a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Male candidates preferred.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel is essential; candidates comfortable with Advanced Excel, formulas, data handling, and reporting will be preferred.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a willingness to take ownership and learn across different areas of HR.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with employees, candidates, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable with people-facing responsibilities and employee engagement activities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing HR data, trackers, and documentation.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Canva.
- Familiarity with HRMS, recruitment platforms, or other HR tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
High-performing interns may have the opportunity to continue with the firm in a permanent role, subject to performance and business requirements
