- Select and coordinate table linen, crockery, cutlery, glassware, centrepieces, florals, candles, props and accessories.
- Create creative seasonal, festive, luxury and experiential table designs.
- Coordinate with florists, decorators, vendors and event teams for execution.
- Source and maintain dcor elements, props and styling inventory.
- Ensure quality, consistency and timely execution of table dcor setups.
- Work within approved budgets while maintaining the desired visual impact.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in event dcor, hospitality styling, luxury dining and tablescape design.
- Support photoshoots and content creation for showcasing tablescape concepts.
