Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the business development strategy; originate structured debt and AIF investment opportunities with real estate developers
- Build and maintain relationships across developers, investment bankers and the broader ecosystem
- Lead transactions end to end from origination through financial close; structure financing solutions and negotiate commercial terms, security packages and definitive documentation
- Review financial models, project cash flows and investment analyses; evaluate project viability, credit risk and transaction structure; present proposals to the investment committee
- Monitor post-disbursement performance including project progress, covenant compliance and repayment; work with borrowers on restructuring and refinancing where required
- Lead and develop the investment team; represent the firm at industry conferences and investment forums

Origination is the gate - please be ready to discuss named developer relationships and specific deals you personally sourced.

Working days: Monday to Friday plus the 1st and 3rd Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
