About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to support our pastry chef in the daily production of our cloud kitchen. This is an entry-level, full-time role where you will be a key part of the kitchen team helping ensure that every product that goes out meets our quality standards.
You need to have some prior kitchen experience of 2-3 years. What matters most is that you are hardworking, reliable, keen to learn, and comfortable working in a kitchen.

Responsibilities: -
Production & Kitchen Work: -

- Prepare ingredients as per the production plan this includes measuring, sifting, melting, chopping, and organizing before the production begins.
- Assist pastry chef in mixing batters and doughs, baking, and assembling products.
- Support the team during high-order periods, festivals, and custom order surges.
- Handle packaging of completed products boxing, labelling,



sealing, and stacking orders for dispatch accurately.
- Operate kitchen equipment like ovens, mixers, and blast chillers safely and as instructed.
- Communicate clearly with chef and report any issues with ingredients or equipment immediately.
- Assist in setting up kitchen stations for smooth workflow. (prep for next day)

Hygiene & Kitchen Standards: -

- Keep your workstation and all shared kitchen areas clean, organized, and hygienic workstation at all times in compliance with FSSAI food safety norms.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen tools, prep areas, and equipment regularly during and after shifts including dishwashing, surface wiping and floor cleaning

Inventory Management: -

- Monitor stock of ingredients and inform the head chef when items are running low or nearing expiry.

Who We Are Looking For

- Physical stamina and being quick on feet the role involves standing for long hours, lifting trays/heavy equipment.
- Robust attention to detail, especially for portioning, labelling, and product consistency.
- A cooperative attitude and willingness to follow instructions from the pastry team. Wanting to help and be part of the team.
- Punctual, reliable, honest showing up on time and being dependable.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
