Oversee and ensure effective and productive execution of project (High end villas)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise, monitor and control project execution.
- Report project status on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Highlight any issue that may affect the project adversely and suggest solutions.
- Coordinate with Client, Architect, Consultants and Contractors.
- Coordinate project review meetings and prepare minutes.
- Track and control cost with respect to budget.
- Should be aware of MS projects, Auto Cad, Excel etc.
- Check & ensure that all activities are executed as per the Contract, Specifications & Drawings.
- Ensure desired quality is achieved.
- Check measurement of works done and certify bills raised by contractors and other agencies.
- Maintain documentation on site.
