Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3-5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development, with a good understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL databases, JavaScript, React JS, Git, and Agile development practices. The candidate will work closely with product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React JS.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly UI components using React JS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Integrate React applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Work with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Write efficient SQL queries and perform database design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Implement application security using concepts such as JWT, OAuth2, authentication, and authorization.
- Write unit and integration tests using tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or equivalent.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot application issues across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
- Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues.
- Work with Git and participate in CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product managers, business analysts, and other development teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.




- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to applications, APIs, and development processes.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.
- Robust knowledge of Spring Boot.
- Good understanding of Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate/JPA.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs.
- Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Java fundamentals.
- Understanding of exception handling, multithreading, collections, and Java Streams.

Frontend

- Strong hands-on experience with React JS.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Experience with React Hooks, Components, State Management, and Context API/Redux.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
- Understanding of responsive web design and browser compatibility.

Database

- Strong knowledge of SQL.
- Hands-on experience with at least one database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Good understanding of database design, joins, indexes, stored procedures, and query optimization.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an added advantage.

Tools

- Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Docker is preferred.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman,



Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, etc.

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit.
- Knowledge of Kafka or other messaging systems.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Exposure to AWS/Azure/GCP.
- Knowledge of automated testing and TDD/BDD.
- Understanding of application security, OAuth2, JWT, XSS, and CSRF.
- Experience working on high-volume or enterprise applications.

Education

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.

Experience

- 3-5 years of professional experience in software/full-stack development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java + Spring Boot + React JS.
- Proven experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
