Job Summary

We are looking for a Systems Support Engineer at our Mumbai office.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Shift Timings: 2 days off per week

Responsibilities

- Monitor system performance and resource utilization for all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and databases
- Monitor system alerts and promptly investigate and resolve incidents according to defined procedures
- Configure and manage monitoring tools and platforms such as Icinga
- Escalate critical incidents to appropriate teams or stakeholders
- Analyze monitoring data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for optimization
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Tech Support teams to troubleshoot performance issues and recommend solutions for improvement
- Deploying antivirus software and troubleshooting, escalating to the Security specialist when needed.




- Maintain documentation relevant to procedures, processes and toolsets
- To be available 24/7 and adaptable with the rotating shifts

Required skills

- Good experience with monitoring tools and platforms
- Good written and verbal English communication
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of servers, networks and cloud platforms
- Good knowledge of Windows Operating System
- Basic Knowledge of Linux Operation System
