Position: Senior Designer

Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities

- Develop strong visual concepts and design solutions across campaigns, digital, social media, and brand communication.
- Translate creative briefs into impactful and visually compelling design directions.
- Create work that is fresh, distinctive, and aligned with the brand s visual identity.
- Collaborate closely with copy, art, film, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
- Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution, maintaining high creative standards.
- Contribute to pitches and key campaigns with strong visual ideas and presentations.
- Stay updated with design, culture, digital, and technology trends to bring fresh thinking to the work.
- Present and confidently articulate design concepts to internal teams and clients when required.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in design at creative, digital, branding, or advertising agencies.




- A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, digital work, social media, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Strong command of design tools with an excellent eye for typography, layout, composition, and aesthetics.
- Ability to turn briefs into original and engaging visual ideas.
- Strong understanding of digital and social-first design.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with copy, art, film, and strategy teams.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to work across multiple projects and timelines.
