Job Summary

This role of Technical Project Manager needs to lead the implementation of the DPDPA project using cloud and devops technologies on AWS cloud workplace.The role will be responsible for implementing solution for gaps identified incoordination with risk team and DPO.This individual will bring a strong blend of project management, technology expertise, with the ability to work across business, Risk ,legal, compliance, and IT teams.This role is critical to ensure that the organization s data handling practices are compliant, secure, and aligned with evolving regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

- Design, deploy, and manage secure AWS cloud infrastructure for DPDPA-compliant applications.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS DevOps tools.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, backup, and recovery processes.
- Support implementation of Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) compliance controls.
- Ensure encryption of personal data at rest and in transit using AWS KMS, ACM, and IAM policies.
- Implement data retention, masking, anonymization, and secure deletion strategies.
- Assist in data localization and consent-management related technical controls.
- Drive end-to-end execution of DPDPA initiatives across infrastructure, security, and application teams.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including legal, compliance, cybersecurity, and business teams.




- Conduct governance meetings and provide leadership updates.
- Coordinate remediation of security findings and audit observations.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, deployment documents, and compliance evidence.
- Prepare audit artifacts for internal/external assessments.

Good to Have Skills

- Translate DPDPA requirements into implementable policies, standards, and controls
- Maintain documentation, audit trails, and data lineage for compliance and audit readiness
- Drive awareness and training programs for employees on data privacy

Qualifications and Experience





- Experience-Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
- 10 + years experience in project management and Cloud management
- Primary Skill : Experience in AWS cloud infra management. Good understanding on networking and security with Project Management skill.

Technical Skills

- AWS Services: EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, Redshift, EKS/ECS, Lambda, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, KMS (must have)
- DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git (must have)
- Scripting: Python, Shell scripting (good to have)
- Security: IAM, SIEM integration, vulnerability management (must have)
- Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK/Splunk (must have)
- Project Management Skills (must have): Agile/Scrum executionStakeholder managementRisk and issue trackingVendor coordinationDocumentation and reporting

Secondary Skill

- Experience in data discovery, classification, and data lifecycle management, Understanding of privacy-enhancing technologies (masking, encryption, anonymization)

Industry domain

- experience in Life Insurance domain preferred. understanding of data privacy regulations, especially Digital Personal Data Protection Act is preferred

Soft Skill

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, Problem-solving mindset
