Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using Node.js and React.js. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, with good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, databases, Git, application architecture, testing, and deployment. The candidate will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and other developers to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Node.js/Express.js.
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
- Build robust backend services, business logic, and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data access layers.
- Work with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent.
- Implement authentication and authorization using technologies such as JWT/OAuth.
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis of application issues.
- Write and maintain unit, integration, and API tests.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Work with Git/GitHub/GitLab for source-code management and team-oriented development.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, application deployment, and production releases.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical design, application architecture, and performance improvement initiatives.




- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend

- Strong proficiency in React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and preferably TypeScript.
- Good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar.
- Understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with React performance optimization techniques.

Backend

- Hands-on experience with Node.js.
- Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
- Good knowledge of asynchronous programming, promises, callbacks, and event-driven architecture.
- Understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, and error handling.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture is an advantage.

Database

- Strong experience with at least one relational database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage.
- Ability to write optimized SQL queries and understand database design, indexing, and performance optimization.

Tools

- Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Docker is preferred.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage.
- Familiarity with application monitoring, logging,



and deployment processes is a plus.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

- TypeScript

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong hands-on experience with both React.js and Node.js.
- Experience delivering production-grade web applications.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
