TECHNICAL SERVICES LEAD

Position Summary

As aTechnical Services Lead in the localization industry, you will play a pivotalrole in overseeing and managing technical aspects related to localizationprojects. You will lead a team of technical experts, ensuring the seamlessintegration of technology into the localization workflow. This positionrequires a deep understanding of localization processes, software solutions,and a commitment to delivering high-quality localized content. Will be alignedwith Tech Vertical and Strategic Accounts.

What You WillDo

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical expertise and leadership in the development andimplementation of localization solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand projectrequirements and integrate technology solutions accordingly.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering acollaborative and innovative work environment.

Provide guidance on technical issues and ensure the team's skilldevelopment.

Localization TechnologyImplementation:

Evaluate, select, and implement localization tools, software, andplatforms to enhance efficiency and quality.

Oversee the integration of Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools,Translation Management Systems (TMS), and other relevant technologies.

Process Optimization:

Streamline and optimize localization processes by identifying andimplementing automation opportunities.

Conduct regular assessments to ensure technology solutions align withindustry best practices.

Quality Assurance:

Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the delivery ofaccurate and culturally appropriate localized content.

Establish and enforce quality standards for technical aspects oflocalization projects.

Client Interaction:

Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements andprovide consultative guidance on localization solutions.

Participate in client meetings and presentations to showcase technicalcapabilities.

Issue Resolution:





Address and resolve technical challenges during the localization processpromptly.

Collaborate with relevant teams to troubleshoot and implement effectivesolutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes andconfigurations.

Generate regular reports on technical aspects of localization projectsfor management review.

To Be SuccessfulYou Will Have

Bachelor's degree in any stream,Localization, or a related field.

Min 5+ years of experience workingwith applications for process automation and workflow design, preferably in thelocalization domain

Proven experience in a technicalleadership role within the localization industry.

Strong understanding of localizationprocesses, CAT tools, TMS, and other related technologies.

Excellent project management andorganizational skills.

Familiarity with industry standardsand emerging trends in localization technology.
