Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end engineering delivery across backend and frontend systems
- Lead, mentor and scale multiple engineering teams
- Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures with low-latency real-time capabilities
- Enforce engineering standards, code quality, security and production reliability
- Own architecture decisions for trading, brokerage and real-time market systems

Core tech stack: Core Java with Spring Boot (preferred), microservices, PostgreSQL / MySQL, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker, CI/CD, JWT / OAuth2, Prometheus / Grafana / ELK. Bonus: Kubernetes, distributed tracing, HFT system design.

We are looking for a hands-on builder, debugger and decision-maker - not a passive manager - with a background in trading, fintech or brokerage systems and a proven record managing production-critical environments. Not specified - a robust technical track record in trading, fintech or brokerage real-time systems is essential.
