A private sector bank is hiring Branch Managers on its own rolls across Navi Mumbai and the Mumbai Western and Central suburbs.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the branch P&L;, CASA book growth and overall branch business performance
- Lead, coach and manage the branch team across sales and service
- Drive liabilities, third-party product and asset cross-sell targets
- Ensure audit, compliance and process discipline across branch operations
- Own customer experience and service quality at the branch

Screening criteria (client-stated):
- Total experience of more than 8-10 years in retail banking, with 1.5-2 years in the current role
- CASA book of Rs 100 crore or more (GL size is not CASA book size); if the current book is lower, the previous higher book size must be evidenced
- Grade fitment is checked bank to bank; a double grade hike will not be offered. An AVP-grade applicant should be handling a Rs 100-200 crore branch
- Top 2 performance rating category for the last 3 years
- Candidates should currently be employed, unless the reason for a break is genuine and evidenced
- Fluent communication in English and a presentable profile
