A listed stock broking and financial services company is hiring a divisional CEO to lead the next phase of its digital business, reporting to the Board / Joint Managing Director.

Key responsibilities:
- Full P&L; ownership of digital revenue, customer acquisition, mobile platform growth and digital wealth across B2C (retail) and B2B (partner) channels
- Define and execute the digital growth strategy; own CAC, LTV, AUM growth and digital profitability
- Scale retail onboarding nationwide through performance marketing, growth hacking and product-led growth; build high-converting digital onboarding and advisory journeys
- Onboard, digitise and empower sub-brokers, authorised persons, IFAs and corporate channel partners; build B2B2C alliances, API integrations and white-label distribution




- Partner with technology and product to align engineering roadmaps to revenue goals; leverage AI/ML, CRM automation and algorithmic advisory tools
- Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines, exchange mandates, depository rules and digital KYC / data privacy regulation.

Must have:

- Demonstrated success scaling digital sales across BOTH a B2C app AND a B2B distribution network in India.
- Work from office, Monday to Friday, Mumbai HQ.
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school (IIM / ISB / top global institute), Chartered Accountant, or an equivalent quantitative or financial degree - stated as a requirement
