A multi-stage venture capital platform is hiring a Partner to lead a sector cluster with full P&L; ownership, covering a CAT I Angel Fund pipeline.

Sectors: Consumer Internet & Enterprise Software; Manufacturing & Hardware (including Aerospace & Robotics); Fintech & Services; Consumer Brands & Marketplaces.

Key responsibilities:
- Own the full investment cycle - sourcing, evaluation, IC, negotiation, fundraising, monitoring and exits
- Build thesis-led conviction; run deep due diligence and category mapping
- Lead and mentor an 8-10 member sector cluster with full sector P&L; ownership
- Run weekly funnel reviews and quarterly sector strategy reviews
- Build market maps,



competitive landscapes and investment theses; represent the platform externally
- Support founders across GTM, product, fundraising, governance and hiring; enable follow-ons through VC, family office and global investor networks
- Drive secondaries, strategic exits and structured liquidity events
- Co-drive the CAT I Angel Fund sector pipeline; engage LPs and ensure governance per CAT I AIF norms
