Role Purpose

Drive growth and market leadership for the Gynecology portfolio through strategic brand management, scientific customer engagement, effective product lifecycle management, and successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Portfolio Management

- Develop and execute annual brand plans to achieve sales and market share objectives.
- Manage product lifecycle activities, including brand growth, extensions, and portfolio optimization.
- Analyze market trends, prescription data, customer insights, and competitor activities.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic interventions.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Develop promotional campaigns and customer engagement programs.
- Create scientific marketing materials, visual aids, digital campaigns, and patient education initiatives.
- Lead planning and execution of new product launches.

Scientific & KOL Engagement

- Build strong relationships with Gynecologists, Obstetricians, IVF Specialists, and Fertility Experts.




- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop evidence-based scientific communication.
- Organize CMEs, advisory boards, speaker programs, and scientific events.

Sales Force Effectiveness

- Conduct product training sessions and cycle meeting presentations.
- Develop impactful promotional strategies and selling stories.
- Monitor field implementation and campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Research, Supply Chain, and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing plans.

Candidate Profile

- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Minimum 5ears of experience in Gynecology, Women's Health, Fertility, IVF, or related therapy areas.
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
