Roles and Responsibilities :
- Acquire new customers for CASA (Current Account Savings Account) products through effective sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities.
- Identify potential customers in the open market and convert them into paying clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the bank.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in BFSI industry, preferably in CASA acquisition role.
- Robust understanding of current account savings accounts and their features.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
