Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Business Operations team for UPI , ensuring performance, timely resolution, and capability development.
- Oversee end-to-end clearing, settlement, transaction monitoring, disputes, reversals, and operational SLAs.
- Coordinate with banks, PSPs, TPAPs, international partners, Technology, Product, Risk, and Compliance teams.
- Drive issue resolution, decline reduction, escalations, UAT, production rollouts, and post-release stabilization.
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, audit requirements, SOPs, and operational governance.
- Prepare and review MIS, dashboards, BRDs/FRDs, UAT and compliance documentation, with basic SQL/data analysis exposure.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, scalability, risk reduction, and improved customer/merchant experience.
- Represent Business Operations in stakeholder discussions and provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.
