Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Tele Sales Executive who is comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, engaging with prospects, and converting leads into first-level meetings. The role involves pitching Nityo Infotechs IT and staffing solutions, identifying client needs, and driving business opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to assigned leads on a daily basis and qualify prospects
- Convert leads into first-level client meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Present and explain Nityo Infotech’s IT services, staffing solutions, and offerings




- Understand client requirements and pitch suitable solutions
- Share company presentations and coordinate with sales/BD teams for meetings
- Perform cross-selling and upselling of services wherever applicable
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Consistently achieve daily call targets and conversion goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Strong confidence in cold calling and lead conversion
- Ability to understand IT services and explain solutions clearly
- High level of energy, persistence, and passion for sales calling
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
