Key Responsibilities:

- Visit residential projects and developer sales offices to collect and verify current prices, inventory, payment plans and offers.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with developer sales and sourcing teams.
- Identify and arrange promotional opportunities in housing societies, corporate parks and other relevant locations.
- Plan and execute society activations, corporate promotions, kiosks, events and Experience Van activities.
- Coordinate project walkthroughs, video shoots, photography and other content activities.
- Generate qualified homebuyer enquiries and support the sales team in arranging site visits.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, design, content and sales teams.
- Maintain updated records of projects, developer contacts, inventory and field activities.
- Track leads, site visits and results generated through field-marketing activities.
- Submit regular activity and performance reports to management.




- Represent ZEROBRO professionally while interacting with developers, societies, corporate offices and prospective homebuyers.

Candidate Requirements:

- 24 years of experience in Mumbai real estate, field marketing, BTL marketing or property promotions.
- Good knowledge of residential projects and developers across Mumbais Western Suburbs.
- Experience in society activations, corporate activations, kiosks, exhibitions or promotional events.
- Robust communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to independently plan and complete daily field visits.
- Comfortable travelling regularly across Mumbais Western Suburbs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets or CRM reporting.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
