Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in current accounts, liabilities, and insurance products.
- Conduct regular field work to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for cross-selling and upselling various banking products.
- Monitor performance metrics such as sales volume, customer acquisition rates, and retention ratios.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in branch banking or related field sales role.
- Robust understanding of current account, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), liability products, and insurance offerings from the bank.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship-building skills.
