Role & responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprisescale data Lakehouse solutions using Teradata, Talend, and Qlik
- Drive architectural decisions aligned with RFP requirements and organizational strategy
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
- Guide parallelized delivery across multiple tracks under tight timelines
- Lead solution design and optimization initiatives
- Participate in detailed project planning with program leads to meet deadlines
- Conduct technical discussions with client leadership and consulting partners
- Document architecture and lowlevel design for solution components
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance across the data platform
- Drive adoption of DevOps/MLOps tools and processes
- Support integration with data access management solutions
- Oversee monitoring of data platform health and nonfunctional requirements
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams for BI reporting, AIML models, and data services
Mandatory Skills
- Data Architecture (enterprise scale solutions)
- GCP Data Architecture expertise
- MDM (Master Data Management) conceptual knowledge
- Teradata deployment and architecture understanding
- Talend capabilities for data processing and integration
- Data modelling (raw, validated, enriched layers using medallion architecture)
- Data quality and governance (catalog, lineage, stewardship, security, access control)
- Largescale data migration with reconciliation and quality checks
- Integration architecture and data security implementation
Secondary Skills
- Data Lakehouse Architecture (greenfield implementations)
- Qlik for BI reporting and data consumption
- Digital eventbased architectures for near realtime processing
- AIML model development and integration with data services
- DevOps/MLOps tools and process setup
- Monitoring tools for data platform health (Teradata, Talend, Qlik)
- Insurance domain functional expertise (added advantage)
