Role & responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production schedules and customer requirements.
- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Supervise sheet metal manufacturing processes such as:
- Laser cutting / CNC cutting
- CNC punching
- Press brake bending
- Welding and fabrication
- Assembly

- Allocate manpower, machines, tools, and materials according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, rejection, rework, and downtime.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and process sheets.
- Ensure correct process parameters, tooling, and sequence are followed.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Reduce scrap, rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain production records,



shift reports, downtime reports, and other required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Train and guide operators on proper processes, quality requirements, and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown-related issues.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of raw materials and finished components.
- Support recent product development, process trials, and process improvements.
