Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of current accounts, saving accounts, and credit card sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Identify current business opportunities through field sales activities and develop strategies to increase revenue growth.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers to retain their loyalty and cross-sell insurance products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the BFSI sales landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales or related fields such as insurance sales or BFSI sales.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
