Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised Lead Coordinator Inside Sales to manage inbound enquiries, conduct outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and coordinate closely with the field sales team.

The candidate will be the central link between marketing leads, prospective customers, field sales, and internal teams, ensuring every enquiry is captured, qualified, assigned, and followed up properly.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outbound

- Conduct structured outbound calling campaigns using target company databases such as Apollo or similar platforms.
- Identify prospects through LinkedIn and initiate qualified conversations.
- Draft and send personalised introduction emails to prospective clients.
- Manage and respond to IndiaMART enquiries promptly.
- Follow up on leads generated through Google Ads and other digital channels.

Inbound Lead Management

- Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email enquiries professionally.
- Qualify leads based on application, vehicle type, quantity, location, and requirement timeline.




- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate regional sales representative with complete requirement details.
- Maintain an updated lead tracker with source, status, owner, and next action.

Sales Coordination

- Follow up with the field sales team regarding assigned leads, quotations, meetings, and order status.
- Identify and escalate stale or unattended leads.
- Support the preparation of quotations and sales proposals when required.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments as directed.
- Conduct post-delivery customer feedback calls and highlight concerns to the relevant team.

CRM & Data Management

- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are logged regularly.
- Prepare weekly reports covering lead volume, conversion, and pipeline status.

Coordination

- Coordinate between customers, field sales, and the Pune factory regarding orders, timelines, and updates.
- Communicate with international partners through professional email communication when required.
- Provide support to the sales Coordinator during their absence.
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager or MD's Office.
