- Design and deliver training programs for employees across various levels within the organization.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content that meets business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
- Manage the scheduling, logistics, and budgeting of training events.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
