We, a c t Infraport Limited, a leading shipping & logistics company, offering the services of Chartering, Custom Broker, Cargo Handling, Stevedoring, Shipping Agency, Warehousing & Transportation, having presence in PAN India & Overseas, are looking for dynamic professional for the following position, based out of Mumbai Branch Office:

Position: Deputy Manager / Manager Finance & Accounts

Location: Mumbai (Fort & Chembur)

Qualification:

CPA / CA / or Equivalent professional certification & B.Com.

Experience:

- Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity.

Responsibilities:

The position will broadly be responsible to/for:

- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliation.

- Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecast to provide insights into the Branches’ financial performance.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines, including GST, income tax, and other applicable laws.

- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for timely completion of audits and tax filings.





- Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making and business planning processes.

- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Skills:

- Candidates should possess good communication, coordination, & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and interact with various stakeholders at all levels.

- Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

- Candidates should possess positive proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, Quick Books), and MS Office.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.

- Candidates should possess sound ability to multitask and prioritize the tasks in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
