Talent Acquisition (HR Executive)

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Collect and verify candidate documents for offer generation.
- Prepare and process offer generation data,



including compensation details, joining information, and required approvals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely release of offer letters.
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organizational abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
