- Perform Manual, Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing of applications.
- Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive test cases, test scenarios, test data, and defect reports.
- Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Perform database testing and data validation using SQL/MySQL.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects; coordinate with developers for timely resolution.
- Validate end-to-end application workflows and third-party system/API integration flows.
- Support UAT activities, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and closure.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, process flows, user stories, UAT documents, test documentation, and release notes.
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide inputs from a quality and testing perspective.
- Ensure adequate test coverage and quality standards before application releases.
- Coordinate with Product, Business, Development, and other stakeholders throughout the testing and release lifecycle.
