Job Summary
Alletec is seeking a commercially astute and hands-on finance skilled to strengthen its Finance & Accounts function. The role combines corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), accounting, controllership, financial reporting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, working-capital management, MIS, dashboards, legal and audit coordination, and ERP-enabled process ownership.
The incumbent will partner with senior leadership and business teams to improve financial visibility, governance, profitability, cash flow, controls, and decision-making. Experience in a Big Four, Tier 1 consulting firm, large technology or IT services organization, SaaS business, or publicly listed company is preferred with clear concepts of core Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance & FP&A;
Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, business planning, and long-range financial models.
Drive Budget vs Actual and Forecast vs Actual analysis, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities.
Monitor revenue, margins, EBITDA, costs, cash flow, utilization, customer concentration, and project or business-unit profitability.
Prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses and provide decision-oriented recommendations to leadership.
Accounting, Closure & Controllership
Oversee accurate accounting and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books.
Review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepaid expenses, reconciliations, ledger balances, and intercompany transactions.
Ensure integrity of the General Ledger, subsidiary ledgers, balance-sheet schedules, and accounting documentation.
Strengthen accounting policies, internal controls, governance, and compliance.
Financial Reporting, MIS & Dashboards
Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, management reports, and board-ready presentations.
Provide variance explanations and insights on revenue, profitability, costs, working capital, and business performance.
Develop and automate finance MIS and dashboards using ERP data, Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools.
Ensure dashboard and MIS outputs reconcile with approved accounting records.
Accounts Receivable & Revenue Management
Own invoicing, collections, customer reconciliations, unbilled revenue, ageing analysis, and receipt accounting.
Review contracts, billing schedules, milestones, commercial disputes, and revenue recognition requirements.
Partner with Sales,
Delivery, and Account Management teams to improve collections, DSO, and revenue assurance.
Accounts Payable & Vendor Management
Oversee invoice verification, approvals, accounting, payment processing, vendor reconciliation, and employee reimbursements.
Monitor ageing, outstanding liabilities, advances, payment forecasts, and adherence to approved terms.
Strengthen controls around purchase orders, vendor invoices, approvals, documentation, and payments.
Working Capital, Treasury & Cash Flow
Prepare periodic cash-flow forecasts and monitor collections, payments, statutory obligations, and liquidity requirements.
Improve receivable and payable cycles and provide leadership visibility into funding and cash requirements.
Support banking, treasury, fund management, and controls over receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Business & Commercial Finance
Partner with Sales, Delivery, Operations, HR, and leadership as a Finance Business Partner.
Support pricing, contract evaluation, revenue assurance, cost analysis, investment decisions, and project commercials.
Monitor project margins, cost overruns, revenue leakage, unplanned effort, and customer or business-unit profitability.
Audit, Tax, Legal & Compliance Coordination
Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and other external professionals.
Prepare schedules, reconciliations, documentation, and responses required for audits and statutory matters.
Track audit observations, tax and legal matters, contractual obligations, and closure of corrective actions.
ERP & Process Transformation
Use ERP systems to drive accurate accounting, standardization, controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Take functional ownership of finance processes covering GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Expenses, Intercompany, and Financial Reporting.
Work with ERP and technology teams on process improvements, testing, upgrades, automation, data validation, and reporting enhancements.
Reduce offline workarounds and improve adoption of system-driven processes.
Team Leadership
Manage, review, and mentor Finance & Accounts team members and establish transparent ownership and closure discipline.
Build team capability across accounting, reporting, FP&A;, controls, ERP usage, and business partnering.
Create scalable processes, appropriate backups,
and succession coverage for critical activities.
Required Experience
8+ years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounts, FP&A;, Controllership, Business Finance, Financial Reporting, or Corporate Finance.
Hands-on experience across FP&A;, accounting, monthly closure, financial reporting, AP, AR, working capital, cash flow, controls, MIS, and dashboards.
Experience partnering with senior management and business or operational stakeholders.
Experience working in an ERP-enabled finance environment is mandatory.
Experience in a Big Four, Tier 1 consulting firm, large technology or IT services organization, SaaS company, or publicly listed enterprise is preferred.
Exposure to multi-entity, international, consulting, software, technology, or project-based businesses is advantageous.
ERP Experience
Hands-on experience with at least one established ERP is mandatory.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV is strongly preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or a comparable enterprise ERP is also relevant.
The candidate must understand underlying finance processes, not only consume ERP reports.

Education & Certifications
Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance mandatory.
CFA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, FP&A;, financial modelling, Power BI, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central certifications are good to have.
Ideal Candidate
Comfortable moving between strategy, analysis, accounting detail, and operational execution.
Able to explain and connect the P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supporting schedules.
Experienced in a mature financial-control environment and capable of improving processes pragmatically.
Hands-on with ERP and financial data, while able to present concise business insights to leadership.
Owns closure, forecasting, controls, collections, payments, reporting, team delivery, and stakeholder follow-through.
Has the potential to grow into a broader finance leadership role as Alletec expands.
Location
Noida. The position requires regular in-person engagement with Finance, Business, Delivery, and senior leadership teams.
