Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of academic/business programs from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with Academics, Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Content, Technology, and other cross-functional teams .
- Track program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor key program metrics and prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and risks and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with internal teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Support the Program Manager in implementing new processes, initiatives, and operational improvements.
- Analyse program performance and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and learner outcomes.
- Maintain program-related documentation, trackers, SOPs, and reports.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, documenting MOMs, and tracking action items.
- Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Help standardize processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, SOPs, and program guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field .
- 13 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations, Academic Operations, or EdTech .
- Experience in managing cross-functional projects will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in an EdTech or education-focused organization is preferred.
