Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with 5-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Power BI, SQL Server, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and business metrics.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL Server and ADF/SSIS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand data needs for reporting and analysis.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.




- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data quality checks and validation processes.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI and data reporting tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization.

Mandatory Skills

- Proficiency in Power BI is a deal breaker; candidates must demonstrate extensive experience in creating dashboards and reports.
- Robust knowledge of SQL Server for data manipulation and querying.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) or SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL processes.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with data warehousing concepts and practices.
- Familiarity with other data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Experience in working with cloud-based data solutions.
