We are looking for Partner Relationship Managers to join our US Voice Process. Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be given preference.

Role & responsibilities

- Handle outbound customer calls for the US market.
- Follow defined processes, scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain required quality, productivity, and performance standards.
- Accurately document interactions in the relevant systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team/supervisor when required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1+ year of BPO/Customer Service/Voice Process experience.
- US Voice Process experience mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Positive listening, and problem-solving skills.

Work Schedule

- Monday to Friday 5 Days Working
- Fixed Shift: 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM
- Saturday & Sunday Fixed Week Off

No Cab Facility
