Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical System Design

- Develop and review electrical designs for Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical projects.
- Prepare and review:
- Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
- Electrical load schedules
- Power distribution layouts
- Cable schedules
- Lighting layouts
- Earthing and lightning protection layouts
- Control and interconnection diagrams

- Perform electrical equipment sizing and selection.
- Design HV/LV power distribution systems in accordance with project requirements.

2. Electrical Engineering Calculations & Studies

- Perform electrical engineering calculations and system studies using ETAP.
- Conduct:
- Load Flow Studies
- Short Circuit Studies
- Motor Starting Studies
- Voltage Drop Calculations
- Protection Coordination Studies
- Arc Flash Analysis, where applicable





- Review study results and recommend technically suitable solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, stability, and operational safety.

3. Engineering Deliverables

- Prepare, check, and review electrical engineering deliverables, including:
- SLDs
- Load Lists
- Equipment Datasheets
- Electrical Specifications
- Cable Schedules
- Cable Sizing Calculations
- Material Requisitions
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Electrical Layouts
- Technical Reports

- Ensure engineering documents are accurate and issued as per project schedules.
- Maintain proper document and revision control.
