Role & responsibilities

* Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other business partners.

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, online platforms, and market research.

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hotel/hospitality services.

* Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details with prospective clients.

* Conduct client meetings, property visits, and business presentations.

* Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into confirmed business.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

* Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Reservations, and Property Management to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups,



and sales closures.

* Prepare regular sales and business development reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile
