Role & responsibilities
Daily Primary & Secondary report share
*Prepare Attendance Non-NCR and NCR PSRs
*To Prepare Salary of Non-NCR PSRs
*To initiate and look after joining process of NCR PSRs belong to Team Lease
*To Prepare all the Incentives of PSRs, RDS, Sales Team.
*To upload Subsidy and incentives in Bizom and to get processed
*To Prepare and share monthly forecast for stock requirement.
*To verify and to get update master data if any change requires by raising ticket in Bizom.
*To get update hierarchy of SOs, ASMs and for any recent joiner too.
*To share MJP and MJP vs actual to collet with sales team which is monthly to be done.
*Often to collect any kind of data from sales team whenever required
*To Share Weekly Huddle every week.
*To Share performance of all the sales team
*To maintain all the MIS data in record month on month.
