Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or related field (C2H/Contract Hiring).
- Solid understanding of IT recruitment industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
