Job Summary:

As a PLC Programmer at Falcon, you will be responsible for programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting machines. You will develop PLC and HMI programs, test machine functions, and ensure that the systems work properly at the customer site. You will also prepare technical documentation and support the team through training and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyse project requirements received from the HOD.
- Develop and maintain PLC and HMI programs for machines.
- Create and document PLC/HMI logic and modules for future use.
- Prepare checklists, manuals, and technical guidelines for programming and HMI screens.
- Test and verify machine programs before and during commissioning.
- Evaluate and troubleshoot PLC/HMI programming at customer sites.




- Prepare technical documentation for validation, commissioning, and end-user training.
- Guide and train team members on developed PLC/HMI modules and logic.
- Coordinate with the Software Development Team to ensure standardisation, compatibility, and consistency of programming across projects.
- Support R&D; activities to improve machine performance and programming standards.
- Provide technical support during machine commissioning and resolve programming-related issues.
