Role & responsibilities
- Conduct technical appraisal and valuation of properties offered as collateral.
- Perform site visits to verify property condition, construction quality, and occupancy.
- Review approved plans, property documents, and technical compliance.
- Validate market value and loan eligibility based on property assessment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Legal, and external valuers for smooth loan processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support technical audits, revaluations, and fraud risk assessments.
Preferred Profile:
B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) with experience in Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking sector handling Home Loans/LAP technical evaluations.
