Experience: 810 Years of SAP Experience

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with 810 years of SAP experience and a minimum of 5 years of functional experience in the SAP FICO module.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on, real-time experience in implementation, rollout, design, consulting, and support of SAP projects, particularly in the areas of Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

Prior experience and familiarity with the Vertex Tax Engine is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and deliver end-to-end SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on SAP implementation, rollout, design, consulting, support, and upgrade projects.
- Analyze change requests and provide detailed assessments, including effort estimation and impact analysis.
- Ensure effective integration of SAP FICO with SAP MM and SAP SD modules.
- Configure and support core SAP FICO processes and functionalities.
- Manage and coordinate both technical and functional consultants responsible for overall project execution and delivery.
- Participate in client discussions and effectively handle stakeholder requirements.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.
- Contribute to support and upgrade projects as required.

Required Skills & Experience





- 8–10 years of overall SAP experience.
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in the SAP FICO module.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, rollout, design, consulting, and support projects.
- Prior experience and familiarity with the Vertex Tax Engine is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of SAP FICO integration with MM and SD.
- Very good knowledge of Product Costing / Costing.
- Good knowledge of CO-PA (Controlling-Profitability Analysis).
- Familiarity with GST (Goods and Services Tax).
- Experience in analyzing change requests, impact assessment, and effort estimation.
- Experience managing both technical and functional consultants.
- Solid communication and client-handling skills.
- Exposure to working on support and upgrade projects.
